Congratulations! Gujarati Samaj brought another quality program with no ticket. Everyone was able to enjoy it with the family without worrying about the payment. Why? Because there were enough generous people who made it possible. It happens only in Temple Tx!!!

As in the past we would hope community will generously donate to bring such cultural event to our Central Texas.
We are looking for 'back up sponsors' : these are the people who will contribute in case of short fall. Gujarati Samaj is a non-profit organization but it is also non-loss organization.
If you or anyone of you are interested in joining me please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
We at the Gujarati Samaj of Central Texas have always been able to do things that other Samaj would not even dream of. With our new committee in the hands of the next generation this is even more apparent.
First it was the grand scale Diwali Program that encouraged all the young ones to participate, then there was a Christmas Party. Just in last month the kids had a fun day at the Temple Lion's Junction (water park) and Bowling party last Friday in Killeen. You may see the pictures from the Bowling party at
Many of you enjoyed the 'Sathvaro Sri Radhe Shyamno' that was organized in one day and we were able to get house full audience. This is the power of community participation. In a small town like Temple, Killeen or Waco we can only get quality program if everyone participates in them.
Sathvaro was an expensive program and we did not even charge ticket but the generous contribution from everyone made it possible for Gujarati Samaj not to lose any money on it.
Many of us drive to Austin and Dallas to see a nice show. What if we all collectively realize that it is far better to donate small amount than drive 150 -240 miles just to watch a drama?
Here is the proposition - Please join me in being a sponsor for the quality event. All it takes is 100 dollars. If we had enough sponsors we can confidently invite a quality group. I am sure the audience that is not sponsoring will also contribute to their best ability and this way we can have enough funds to do a good job and everyone young and old will be able to enjoy all the shows. Waco families have already enough sponsors to come up with $ 1000. (Go Waco!) I would urge rest of you to please be generous and sponsor the next show. Any funds that is left over will be used for future such programs. Please respond back to me at email@example.com with your one hundred dollar pledge.
